Picked up some 18" tundra wheels wrapped in toyo open countrys, 35% window tints and headlight/fog lights restoration. Its getting there. 08 LC 203k. Didn't cover the license plate for attention.

Love Amazon green. Best color they’ve ever made, IMO. Tough to find. I flew to Houston to pick one up once, but the condition had been badly misrepresented by the dealer.

Who says you can’t fit a full third row of kids and not take a fridge and some cargo with you on your trip? I fitted a false floor and anchored it down with 4 bolts allowing me to place tie down points where needed to tie down the fridge and front runner cub packs which fit perfectly in the extra space. Taking a risk on the fridge quality since it’s a $350 find off Amazon but at that price and with no other offerings of this size and dimensions available to my knowledge it was worth it. Most importantly, the tailgate and trunk lids still close!

I’d be cautious blocking the vent discharge on that fridge against the tailgate.

What maker and model/size is it. I also found one that fit behind but it's a fair bit smaller.

I’d be cautious blocking the vent discharge on that fridge against the tailgate.
I noted that but the venting wraps partially around side and there is also the same size vent on the back side of the unit that isn’t blocked so I’ve maybe lost 1/3 of the total venting surface.

Replaced OEM Tokico shocks for Bilstein 4600 at 99k miles. Tremendous improvement. Other threads have said stiffer, less body roll. And i can confirm that. They are PERFECTLY stiff. Ride feels very planted to ground but not overly harsh. Body roll has decreased significantly. Eats big bumps. Very pleased.

Last weeks project. The family sequoia was in need of a few things.

-cam tower reseal on both sides
-coolant valley plate leaking
-belt tensioner and idler
-valve cover gaskets
-fan bracket
-timing chains withs tensioners
-front crank seal
-timing cover reseal
-throttle body cleaning
-spark plugs

Everything I took apart that had gaskets were replaced. The timing chain was extremely loose and somehow did not jump timing. Timing a 3UR-FE is an act of patience, but I got it done. For 252k she runs pretty damn well I must say. Lots of life left in that engine.

Look at all that room to work! Jealous.

Installed WeBoost Driver Reach cell signal booster. Went on a nice foggy afternoon drive to test it out.

Cables route pretty well under the floor mats. I can leave all the parts in-place where there are now, except remove the external antenna and stow it whenever not in use.

Main unit tucked under 3rd row seat against wall, where it fits with seat either up or down. Power and internal antenna cables route under floor mats to front center console.

Internal antenna placed in the tiny storage area in the console lid between the two front seats. I know just looking at the phone's bars isn't the most scientific way to evaluate, but it consistently added at least 2 bars to both driver and passenger phones. Seem to get another extra bar if I hold my phone right next to where the internal antenna is stored.

All mods should be this easy. I installed a 100w solar panel into the sunroof hole in the 200 Gobe stealth rack, and this panel is a perfect fit. I only had to drill some holes in the aluminum frame and put tie wraps around the rails. There is plenty of ventilation below to keep the panel cool. The top rails are above the panel, so long items could be strapped above the panel if you need extra space for a trip more than the power.

I made some electrical upgrades to Campbell this week:

Moved the connector for the inverter over to the starter battery from the passenger side aux battery. It is larger and has a faster recovery.
Added a converter-charger to keep things running in the garage.
Added some power pole connectors in the cargo area for ham activations.
Added a battery switch to the engine bay aux battery and the cargo aux battery.

My bumper and winch got delivered this morning. Happy about that, but not happy they told me it would be around 2pm for the delivery and then showed up at 9am while I was gone. Wife did not know what to do, so now I have 373 lbs sitting in the driveway getting covered in snow rather than in the garage. Going to have a couple friends come over later today and see if we can get it in the garage. It is going to be a little while before the weather lets me do the install.
