I haven't tried this, but it seems you can make an aftermarket 12v function in place of the factory 6v for a few bucks.

i wondered about this. Only potential issue is that the front and side cameras are wired together. My front camera is unplugged and that also disables the side. Would just need to sort out wiring.

Would like a pic of your lowered license plate..
@Mago Check it out

Nice, I have been thinking about doing one drawer so I can keep at least one rear seat. That way I can keep my sanity on long trips with the two kids! LOL
Ditch the kids, you'll thank me later ... ...

(says the father of two semi-adults)

Love it! I was afraid I was one of the only 200's at Uwharrie!
You are the only one with all the body damage :p
ONSC has a few 200 that go out there

I really love it. My body damage is in line with what the truck is meant to do. My own personal thing and I’m weird I know. I love it. I would like to do it again. Pretty sure I should go on top!
I respect that more than you know. Honestly:)

Completed my drawer install. Went well, told my self to take my time and not get frustrated or impatient. Easier said than done, but it went smooth. **Warning** everything on the drawers is sharp ( I have the bandaids and tetanus shots prove it...) Seriously, be careful moving to quickly on screwing or unscrewing the bolts will bite you. Also, thanks to JLH for letting me know I need to get some Hex Socket Set, that saved e a ton of time. Only major issue is one of the screws attached to the mounting plate was too tight or cross threaded, I had to drill out. Other than that it was a great project, and was a real sense of accomplishment when everything lined up and "worked." Not too mention they are going to work out great for my need in the future. Have a good rest of the weekend.

Very nice, are the tops of the drawers slide outs? Also, when the middle row is folded down is it level with the top of the drawers?

I can't recall if I posted how I did this. I'll try to dig it up. In reality all I did was use a dremel to cut the extra plastic away. You could also probably do this with a sharp Exacto knife or a good set of scissors or tin snips and maybe some sand paper just to file down the edge.

Here's a photo of the result.

Edit: This is the original link, but it's not much more helpful than what I just described above

Overall it's a very easy modification.
I also have a 2013 LC200, and honestly I am at a loss to understand why all this plastic cutting is necessary.

Here are some pics of my unadulterated hitch area with an easily accessible locking pin:

What am I missing?

BTW, here's a link to that locking hitch pin: Master Lock Receiver Lock, Stainless Steel Barbell Receiver Lock, Fits 5/8 in. Receivers, 1469DAT

HTH

I ordered this exact locking hitch pin after skinning my middle finger trying to get a standard bent hitch pin out over Thanksgiving. I ordered the 3.5" stainless version because that's what it looked like you had in this picture This hitch pin still doesn't clear the plastic on the red (non locking) side without binding up. And I can't get the locking mechanism on the other end of it either. I was going to try trimming plastic away before returning it, but just wondering if I may have ordered the wrong variant?

You ordered the correct version. As my pictures clearly show, it fits on my 2013 LC200 - no idea why it doesn't fit on yours :hmm:

This mod is about as unsexy as they get, but I'm doing my best to winterize my '13 LC that I imported from N.O. to Michigan. In addition to getting it rust proofed, I made sure the KDSS shutter valves turned, slathered them with marine grease, and then covered the window with a couple pieces of heavy duct tape. I know it's not going to stop all the snow and salt from getting in, but I'm hoping if I keep my eye on it over the winter that the valves will be OK come spring- and then it's 2" lift time!
