This past week and weekend, I worked on the rest of the maintenance items for my solid 200, including:
  • AHC globe and fluid replacement
  • New Front axle dust covers to fit 2016+ LC wheels on LX (without spacers).
  • Removed 1.25" wheel spacers (i like the turning better without them).
  • Mostly Back to stock sensor height
  • New Alignment and tire balancing

Over the last year, I've done the following:
  • Repaired Leaking Valley Plate
  • PCV valve replacement
  • All new Denso Iridium spark plugs
  • Full fluid replacement for transmission fluid
  • Both Diffs and Transfer case drained and filled
  • New Front and Rear brake rotors and pads
  • New Radiator (latest version) from Toyota

Oil changes every 5k miles and I'm trying out the restore and protect 5w-30, which she seems to love.

Hoping this thing lasts me forever...

And one thing I hated. Leaving my nice flashlight propped up where my spare sits, so I can see the AHC tank fluid level, and then driving off, only to never see that flashlight again. 😒

How many miles? How dramatic was the difference after changing the AHC globes?

130k miles. Dramatic difference in dampening. Went from what I thought was ok to rough and bouncy in a short amount of time. Replacing them and getting rid of my sensor lift (because I don’t have all of the other gear to bring the pressures back down to stock) has made it super enjoyable to drive again. I may add everything including the stuff I haven’t purchased yet to do the sensor lift but right now it’s fine for my needs.

I think I’m about to that point. I’m sensor lifted but the ride is okay-ish (hard to know if it’s aging globes or the E rated tires). I have globes, fluid and both the top hat spacers and shock mount extensions from E&E off road waiting to go in. I’m curious which extended brake lines and rear spring spacers people end up using for this.

Nice! I’ll use 20mm rear spring spacers when I get there and probably tundra brake lines, if I remember reading correctly.

Be sure to inspect when received. The dust covers can get a little mangled during shipping. Toyota packaging for the CVs sucks.
