Had a extreamly painfull experience with the stealership involving front brakes and all that goes along with it . Lesson learned the hard way .

Also installed my ARB bull bar with fogs . This experience was not so painful . IPF dual beams and winch in near future .

helped a friend install dynamat in his 80. never used the stuff before but now that i know, it was actually really easy. may need to do my 100 in the future and replace the carpet kit. also took side steps off my 100. getting sliders in a couple weeks with 33s and new wheels. ordering 2.5 OME and will be installing with some friends. can't wait!

Wow, that's bad rust will you need metal replaced to fix that rust.

Yeah, I couldn't believe it was that bad. I was starting to get a wet center console when it rained, but lately it got worse and I started getting a short where the horn wouldn't stop going off until I pulled the horn fuse which told me it was overdue to get fixed up.

Finally finished installing my speakers. I have the factory sub i want to swap also if anyone can suggest a speaker.

Hardware used:

Speakers:
I cant say enough about this set. It is absolutely amazing. They are clear and sound great with an amp. If you have any doubts or are on the fence, do it.

Back up camera:
I wanted something small and unobtrusive. Unfortunately I will be returning this as there is no where to mount without drilling into metal and im not doing that.
If someone has a better camera, Im up for ideas.

HU:
This unit simply cant be beat for the price. It has SO many features for the price point that it makes it a no brainer. Really happy with this purchase. You can upgrade the maps and software online when you purchase it. You get 90 days to do that.
GPS works great. Love Pandora Link, it will turn on Pandora on your phone for you. Also, you wont need screws or Kit for the dash. Its a perfect fit and the srews on the factory unit work fine.

Integration Harness:
Make sure to pick this up if you still have the factory amp. It mates the amp and HU cleanly. This also leaves the AMP RCA of the HU available for a second amd. I can also use the factory sub with this.

HU Screws:
In case you need them. But the factory HU screws will fit.

Wire connectors:
These little guys are awesome. It was so easy to connect the wires. And if you make a mistake you can just unscrew them. Great find!

Mini antenna adapter:
This is for the mini antenna if you have one. I just used this because i dont like the power antenna. This will allow you to use the rear antenna and gets reception just fine for me.

Dual Antenna adapter:
If you want to use both antennas use this.

Install instructions:
I did not do a complete write up as there is already a very nice thread you can follow with great detail and enough info to complete this task.
Replaced the speakers in our '03 100. Write-up including sub replacement

Used it as a changing station for my 2 week old. No tailgate carpet was harmed in the making of this photo, and parental supervision was employed to prevent roll off.

Re-foamed the sub-woofer speaker. Top five mods for the money, no more crackling audio and my kids don't tease me about my "ghetto" stereo anymore.
The hardest part was getting the sub-woofer box out, but that wasn't too difficult either. The re-foam process was a super easy one banana job

Did you use some type of kit for this? My woofer sounds a little fuzzy.

How do you refoam the sub. Mine looks just like yours did? How much did it cost and where did you get the stuff for the job?

Toyota JBL Kits
I ordered the pair below. Only needed one though, for some reason I thought my sub had two speakers. A kit with just one is available as well.
TL-FSK-6bt Toyota, Lexus 6" Foam Speaker Repair Kit FSK-6bt (PAIR)

Kissed a mailbox I somehow didn't see! :bang::bang:
What are my options out there for the tail light lens? I'll talk to an ex coworker about doing the paint part, it doesn't look as bad in the pic!

Wanna trade quarter panels?
I should have taken one of the before. Pushed a lot of brush on the last two trips.
