Fishing line and a 3M 03612 Eraser Wheel on a drill is all you need. Just be mentally prepared for what could be lurking underneath!

It's got adhesive tape on the back of it. There are two small plastic alignment posts that you'll have to break off.

I centered the plaque and put a piece of tape on both the plaque and the tailgate so I could find center again. Up & down is easily found by aligning to the bottom of the tailgate lip with your fingers. Pull off the backing tape, feel for alignment to the tailgate bottom, align the tapes, then press it on. Easy peasy.
@Ayune - I just picked up a 2003 LC from the West Coast; the rear emblem badge has some chips, cracks, and fading, and it lost its chrome on the letters, so I bought a new replacement. Are you able to confirm the step-by-step removal process? Appreciate any feedback, thanks.

Only had them on for 150miles but overall i like them a lot. The road noise isn't as bad as i thought it would be over 80mph and they're pretty responsive when making quick movements such as changing lanes or dodging something in the roadway. Ended up getting them over the ko3s because of wet/snow performance i got caught in some heavy rain the 2nd day i had them on, and they preformed great. This is my first experience with A/T tires so i have nothing to compare them to though.

The emblem has two plastic alignment posts on the back, so you won’t be able to use fishing line to remove the whole thing at once. I suggest using the fishing line on the left & right sides up to the posts, then maybe breaking off the sides at the pins. Then somehow dig one of the pins out of the tailgate and repeat the fishing line in the middle section. The 3M eraser wheel is used to remove the leftover adhesive, then peel ‘n stick on the new emblem.

Someone got a quick reference of the PN for this trim panel?

Picked up a CB Radio from 1989 to use on green lanes from Facebook marketplace, do you think it will actually work?
