They sound good enough. Definitely a massive improvement from what it had. I did notice excessive bass though, and I found this-

Parts list? Wasn't much, just used these harness adapters from Metra -

I was able to use the stock speaker housing, and did not need to use the Metra speaker adapters, so I need to return those. The JBL speakers were glued on the plastic housing and pried off fairly easy

It works for now and I'm happy I could finally enjoy music in my cruiser now

Oil change, tire rotation, and engine air filter. The old one was suuuuuper dirty. Looked like i dropped a shop vac filter when I dropped it on the ground. Tried to replace the oil filter housing oring but the first bolt I tried wouldn’t budge and I was on a time crunch. That’ll be a project for another day.

Got the new OEM shocks in and they’re just waiting for my free time to be tossed in. I assume these are the original shocks with 275k on them. One leaked all the oil out and the others are probably just tired. I’ll hopefully feel a big difference.

Nice, how to remove both light covers on a LC upper tailgate?

Too cool! (both the mount and "visor"

Replaced the OEM front shocks. Had to use a good bit of heat on the driver side top nut, but the passenger side wasn’t too bad. Pretty sure these were the original shocks with 274k on them. The bushings weren’t as crumbly as I expected, but definitely were squished and hard.
