Huge thanks to @BenCC for picking up a spare Six Speed Icon wheel for me.

So my compressor would not work out at the street with a daisy chain of extension cords, so we had to change location. First coat done, used half of the eight bottles which pleases my tired @$$…

That gray Honda got free Raptor liner on the passenger side. ;) #paintdrift #overspray

JK, nice work!

Anyone else rub the driver side windshield washer plastic cover thing? I rubbed at the edge of that plastic liner so had to take it off. Spray painted the windshield reservoir black so it blends in.

No rubbing on mine, but I literally just refurbished my reservoir and got it looking nearly new. So this removal/install is fresh on my mind.

Jelly of how clean your suspension components are; wish mine didn’t have corrosion.

Yours is spotless i remembered, you're in AZ too, mine is from the North East, got lucked out and didn't get too much rust on this one, some weld seams show signs of it it. I'm thinking about relocating my reservoir too, if it still rubs when i'm tucked.

Are you able to do the work with that compressor?

Are you using their spray gun? I ordered one with the gun just in case.
The compressor works fine, i was just too far from the outlet out at the street, once I used a short extension cord close to the house it did it's thing. I did order my kit with their schutz gun, and kept the psi at the gun around 80. So eight bottles is just barely enough to do two thick coats. If you were diligent you could probably do 3-4 light coats with 2 gallons. I will probably end up ordering one more bottle of tint and tintable base, i have plenty of hardner left over. There are some areas around the rear hatch and the foot tread area of the doors that I'd like to mask and spray.

Edit: This was only the body of the truck, I did not bother with the front bumper cover as I have a front bumper kit on the way from Coastal. Glad I did not start with the bumper skin as that was a thought at one point, or I'd have maybe not had enough for the truck to a thickness of my liking.

I have 5 Gallons... Looks like I over did it.

Luckily my friend has a shop and he's buying back what we don't use on my truck.

Hold on to it all until you are done. Are you spraying a bumper, roof rack, or sliders as well? If so, that will consume a lot more that you might expect.

Sent it to the new owner.

I needed a place to mount my inReach. Couldn't do a windshield suction cup mount since I have ceramic tint on the windshield. Used a RAM motorcycle mount with a M6-1.0 x 65mm socket head screw, 2 nuts as a spacer and some miscellaneous RAM arms I had laying around.

It held just fine over a week of washboard and rough roads out west.

Mine rubs something fierce too! Let me know if this works out for you.
I am looking for a relocation solution since I am worried that without the shield road salt and grime will eat the little pumps alive in short order.

I haven't rubbed yet, ran the truck in low mode, reversing out on a slanted driveway i usually rub but hasn't yet. But next time it rubs i might see windshield washer fluid leaking out too as i shave a hole in the reservoir.
