Fitted the awning to the genuine Toyota (= Rhino) roof bars.

Mounted up some PIAA fog lights to the ARB bumper fog/turn signal plastic housings. I built a little bracket but it isn't as rock solid as I would like. The PIAA fogs are a bit heavier than the crappy ARB fog lights, so hopefully they'll stay in place.

Changed oil, filters and diff fluids..

Good use for a kerosene heater siphon hose :-)

Sent from my iPhone using IH8MUD while navigating gnarly trail. Typos are inherent.

No-pistons, thanks for the recommendations. Just got back from sandiegowheelalignment.com, aka Clarence Brown Alignment. Great place. Old skool, no nonsense…and now am happy to report my truck is properly aligned!

Great to hear! I take all my vehicles there and they do an excellent job.

Changed my tranny fluid, front and rear diff.

BFG A/T 285/75/r16's

Painted gold badges black with plasti dip (man that was easy!)

Took off my running boards

Starting Tomorrow if parts come.... new front speakers, new head unit, front mud flaps, and fixing my driver side lock actuator (got the little motor in the mail today)

Been working on my drawers. Almost done...

Me too! Built the carcass today. Two individual sides so one or both can be removed to allow use of third row seats. Driver side houses two 8" subs in sealed divided enclosure. Fancy schmancy locking slide for the long drawer. Cheaper but still heavy duty slides for the short drawer.

About 6 hrs just to get this far!

Ordered the front 3rd member with 4.88's and a TJM locker, along with a few fittings and the TJM harness which I will adapt to a 80 series OEM locker switch.

Changing up my OBA setup to a Dual Viair 480c kit and tearing out my Puma setup to put it into my expo trailer build. I ordered The dual compressor kit and a 6 port manifold and pressure regulator to step down the pressure for the lockers from Amazon today.

I also called up C-Dan and ordered any seals, gaskets, FIPG ETC needed for the diff swap along with a set of OEM brakes pads and shims, F&R.

I can't wait to get all of this installed by the end of March, get it broken in properly and be prepared for Cruise Moab 2014.

Holy Santa's work shop! You never told me you new any elves!

Yes, it's an awesome shop! Not mine though, it's a community woodshop in Bel Air, MD about 50' south of me.

It's really a great setup, $100 annual membership fee gives you exclusive use of the shop whenever it's open. They've got some great equipment and have everything you need right there. The shop is 1600sf, and most times I've been there have only been 2-3 other guys working, so never very crowded. Unfortunately it's a bit far away, but it's great for projects like this!

Having installed new UCAs and shocks on the truck and while waiting for more stuff to arrive, I turned my attention to my recycle bin…which was stock, but is now fully expo-ready.

Helped a friend move. This was just her shoes...

A couple thoughts:
1. They easily doubled the value of my car
2. Haight and Ashbury (where she moved) is the weirdest place at night
