Thanks for the link. Do you carry extra weight in the rear? '

If not, how do they ride with no extra weight? And what do your AHC pressures look like?

I carry a roof rack and tent, and a rear drawer system and thinking of doing this

I don't carry any extra weight. I think they ride great. They are stiffer than OEM shocks, obviously, but I think they ride great, even without added weight. The only time I don't enjoy the ride is if I'm running low on gas. I think your set up is perfect for them.

My AHC pressures beforehand were: Front pressure: 7.7 mpa-g Rear pressure: 7.2 mpa-g

I have not checked them since.

I wanted a locking drawer but I didn’t want to pay the $1200 they seem to cost. So I found this Smittybuilt one on eBay for $293 shipped and bolted it in.

Nice drawer! How much do you trust the plastic wheel chocks? I have a set but I have my doubts they would actually stop anything if disaster struck while I was under it.

Wait..my LC100 is not a truck?

You can fit a LOT in there if you can flip up the middle seat, and if the weather's OK and you're handy with a ratchet strap, you can hang a fair bit out the back window, too. I haven't really used my old Ranger very much since this spring when I got the LX. The inside of the LX is about the same size as a 98 Ranger truck bed.

I only use them on flat ground when I jack up the truck or need to roll the truck in neutral to hit the grease points.

put a tepui hard shell wedge tent on today and on the way home it’s whistles soooo bad. so tomorrow i’ll see is it the without the fairing underneath or the tent. it didnt whistle prior but i also had the small under rack fairing on. New wheels and tires should be here this week.

Got out for a three-day excursion in SW Idaho. Fun little distraction.

Got back last night and took it into the shop this morning to get an emissions sensor replaced so the check engine light is finally off. While in, I had them calibrate the stability control system, as it's been causing me problems on hard right turns. It did need the calibration, so now we'll see if it solves the problem.

Changed the oil (Mobil1 5W-30), went camping with the wife and kids, and today I put a new remote battery in and changed the driver's door lock actuator motor. No more using the key to lock/unlock! I got my motors for about $6 each and they are pretty easy to replace. Thanks MUD for the fix info! Saved hundreds of dollars over buying two lock/latch assemblies!

I think I may need to do this same fix (door lock actuator) with my 06 LX. Both doors on the drivers side only lock with the key, and only occasionally unlock with the remote (so long as the doors haven't been directly facing the summer sun). Even the rear hatch is starting to get fickle, especially if its been facing the summer sun. Does it it sound like simply a motor issue, or the entire actuator assembly? Also, could you help direct me to where you found the parts and the fix info on this forum?

Its the door motor. There are 2 kinds, one with spline and one not with spline. They're about $4 each on the internet.
