Took the family on a little fishing/light wheeling trip. Nothing too difficult, but did get to flex it out on a rock pile, and use 4 low. Also convinced my 4 year old that she wanted to go with me on the next wheeling trip in the process. Finally got to do some family wheeling, which is why I got the 60 and not a 40.
I been stayin in the BOD area lately, Mr. SEO...
Finally fixed my airline that burst on the trail at the Overland Workshop. When it blew, I thought it was a radiator hose. I jumped out and popped the hood, but didn't see anything. Then I checked my air gauge mounted to one of the rooftop tanks and figured it out. So while I was re-plumbing that line, I started in on the air horn plumbing. My compressor stuff is all 1/4npt and the horn stuff is all 1/8npt, so it took a little hunting around to find all the brass I needed. Got everything but the switch and relay installed.
Also sanded down all my recent dings and dents and put a base coat of galvanizing primer. Thinking I'm just going to go the cheap route and not invest in a professional paint job. I'll just spot paint and clear coat as needed for now. I may end up with some kind of bedliner material on the lower half anyway.
It will be paid off in 2 months and I'm most excited about that!
