Heading down to the off-road park in Tahuya, WA today. Might get to test my sliders.

I'm currently out of town but next time you head down let me know and I'll swing down with ya, got a couple buddies with tacos that want to check it out, I've ran it probably 6 times, just watch out for the mud holes lol

How does it ride unloaded?
I have the same springs as @concretejungle with OME nitro charger sport shocks. The unloaded ride of this set up is very comparable to slightly stiffer than the OME heavies I ran prior. When you first see the Slee Spring you think Damn this will be way to stiff because the wire used to form the coil is substantially thicker than the OME 863's. The big difference comes in when you load up. I have loaded in the area of 1k pounds in my rig, which is well armored too, and the Cruiser sat pretty much level and felt very confident on and off road.

Cool. I've got a friend with an early built pickup who wants to go cruise around as well. I'm usually free on weekends.

Went snow shoeing out in Eldora, Co...or at least tried too. thought i could make it to the trail head ended up getting stuck multiple times. snow was about 2-3ft deep and with the warm weather we saw sunday it was way too soft. had to winch out 6 or 7 times. gave my winch and me a solid workout but i had fun.

Installed, or do you just need to know location/which hose goes where? I hope I remember!

My 80 watched in utter disbelief as the hir bulbs that I just took delivery of today for it were installed in my Silverado instead. Your day is coming, little buddy!:)

I got a warning from a trooper last week, and yes, I see I have a foglight out too lol

How does it ride unloaded?
Depends on what you classify as unloaded. Today i have it completely stripped down with no bumpers, no sliders, empty drawers, no gear in it at all and no seats... it rides REALLY stiff. With the bumpers on, standard gear inside and the seats in it rides really good. But, if i load it for a few weeks of expedition driving and wheeling (drawers full, extra gas, RTT, food, water, fridge, ect) it really rides nice.

Hope that helps.

Any idea what this guy used for gutter mounts on that light bar? Just what I'm looking for

3/16" plate...

And a big break ;-).

I've heard of guys buying Cherokee gutter mounts and using them for a light bar. It might be in search...

LOL...the argument occurred after I got home and saw the damage to both vehicles and...she's around here somewhere...

I can't believe I'm saying this...

It's only a car.

Reported.

:ban:

Mea culpa!

It was a moment of weakness. And in my defense I wasn't talking about MY 80 I was talking about HIS 80.
