A little easier to see the channel on Amazon site than vlad's pictures and the unistrut can be found in multiple sizes, thicknesses depending upon how rugged a rack you need..

I'm on a once a year whether it needs or not interval.Did my easy peasy oil change. My last Blackstone report recommended I up my oil change intervals to 12-15k. So I pushed it to 12.5k. The OCD in me won't let me go much farther

I have one of those, but on that trip I did not take it with. They do work really well. I am going to get one of these guys soon.
