I put yet another Quick Steel patch on my y pipe. This time at the base of the O2 sensor bung. Replaced the O2 gasket too. Buggered one of the studs. Had to replace that too. But no more exhaust leak. For now anyway.

used a cutoff tool with a wire wire too clean off the rust then hit it with brake clean. I used it before on a small hole in the cat. So far so good. What sort of surface prep did you do before applying the putty?
Well crap. I'm trying to figure out what radiator is in my rig. It looks similar to yours but #'s are slightly different. Mine saysI believe the radiator to be an original.. but don't quote me. The PO may have had it replaced, I can't be certain but here is the number you asked for: >PA66-GF30< Hope that helps.

Apparently it is made up of: Polyamide (nylon 6,6), 35% Glass fiber. Its very strong and is easily bonded and welded - ideal for use in car radiators!
Where about in Pennsylvania did you go?
Went dirt-roading with my kids and @vapilotda and his fam. Checked out some USFS roads, hiked in to a cool overlook, and hit Parkway Brewing on the way back into town.
