Tongue length on the M416 came out perfect. No stress about jackknifing the trailer. Just stop when there's daylight in the passenger side mirror.

That rear bumper turned out very nice. The corner protection will come in handy. I’m planning to build a new rear bumper with rear quarter protection beginning this fall after I’ve already smashed it on the upcoming Dusy run. I’m always behind it seems......

Thanks. It's coming along. I hoped the tire carrier would be ready before the trip, but that's the way it goes.

But you will have a spare tire right?

My brother made me a washer bottle relocation bracket today and I threw on my battery tray that I’ve had for several years!

“Let there be light” (God, Year unknown). My original third row dome light was missing the switch tab so I bought on off a guy on FB. Used the “broken” one, wired it to the rear hatch door switch. If Toyota would have installed this much needed light fixture, I imagine it would have looked like this.

I may do that eventually. Finally had about an hour break from the constant rain, stuck a paperclip in rocker panel slit. PS was clear, but driver didn’t want to go in more than half inch. Played around and finally got it to poke through, gave it a good scrub from all angles and all the sudden a bunch of dirty water started pouring out. I imagine the hoses are likely okay.. at least I hope

Also have “the” leaky windshield. Appears to only be bottom PS corner, and it looks like, although not OEM glass, the gasket is solid and they did definitely use sealant all around. Just appears to have worn out at that corner. Should be easy to seal, but couldn’t find the right sealant locally, had to order.

So, I think DS floor was wet from that drain (much more water), and PS wet from the window (not as soaked) as I can track the leak there. I have the carpet propped up and everything is mostly dry, and luckily no rust.
I used some flowable silicon made to seal windows. Probably what you ordered. I believe it is a permetex product. It definitely worked. To prep, I used my air compressor with a thin nozzle, squeezed it into the channel and blew out as much dust as I could. Then I squeezed some alcohol in there, used compressed air to dry it up.
