Family camp near Twin Bridges on hwy50 south of Tahoe and then spent part of the day exploring on some of the forestry roads with a friend and having my two kids do some driving.

A day in suburbia...

...envious of the Sierras photos! Lovely trip!
My weekend is a day in suburbia:

Good wash, even detailed the wheels,

deep condition cracked leather seats - trying to milk them as long as I can -

UV protect on cracking dash (!)

and finally removed the 3rd-row seats!

changed the fan belts and ac belt plus earlier in the week replaced a busted taillight and door handle.

Got the port-of-entry installed Rostra odd ball alarm/keyless entry working after many years of going without. Installed a Uniden 510xl and Wilson antenna, and took my 9 month old out for his first offroad adventure in the rain.

Swapped in some cloth seats into my LX450.... 3rd row has 3 belts and are com-for-ta-ble!

Went over to assist in the assembly of my sliders, though I did about .010% of the work. My cousin is doing great work. Thankful to have someone with the tools and knowledge.
