Your shocks are too short and you didn't disconnect the sway bar from the frame! If you disconnect the swaybar you don't need the bottle jack! The springs will just drop to the ground.

In the 4th and 5th picture you can see I disconnected the sway bar. I did it on both ends actually. The shocks were disconnected too.

Loosen all the control arms bolts helps also. You need to do it any ways to relax the bushings to the new ride height.

At least for me that's not a good idea because I don't want to have a loose/lost bolt middle of no where.

Installed a Recaro Style XL Topline that I scored off Craigslist. Heated and cooled seats in the 80 FTW!

Tried installing L-track on my ARB drawers. I got the wrong end caps. Oh well, next week.

Had a leaking PS hose, replaced it.

Need to do brakes soon. I guess I should start collecting everything for that.

What? Brakes again? Didn't you just replace the PS hose and brakes?

Can't believe I have a signal here.

keep the tires on the axle...it will help bring the axle down...15 minute spring change!

you don't have swaybar drop brackets? your front driveshaft will hit your swaybar if you don't drop it from the frame up top not the bottom.

you havent done your breather lines?

have you done your brake lines?

.......spent too much time at autozone getting stuff for your snorkel!...we don't even have water in CA anyways...
