What did you do with your 60 this weekend?

Finally got my Solarscreens from Australia. Highly recommend these if you want to cut out the sun/heat during Summer months and provide a little privacy for your rig with everyday use or camping. Protects from UV. Suction cups make easy install and removal. They sent me a template to custom make a screen for my rear Emuwing. Took awhile going back and forth with international shipping but they were very helpful with communication the entire time. I have a set of rear cargo window screens that I didn’t use since I have gullwing windows I’ll post for sale if anyone is interested!

What roof rack you running?

Went wheeling this weekend and violently came off of a 4 foot tall douglas fir root right into a tree stump with the whole weight of my vehicle into my @TRAIL TAILOR front bumper. Heard a big smash and thought my valence was smashed in, but came out to a bumper sized dent in the stump and a little scratch on my bumper. There is the tiniest scratch on my bumper valence. This thing saved my pretty front of my truck haha for about a second it had all of the weight of my truck on this one spot

Those gull wing windows are “Emu Wings”?

I really want something like that for my 62.

I really want to do one side 3xm/emu wing, one side sliding cargo window. Seems like it would be the best of both worlds!
So … are you a lefty or a righty??

Yes it's a 2h from march 1982, oh great engine if it's been treated right ! How many Kms you got on the clock ?
This one’s got 282k but it had a frame off restoration before I got it. And then it sat for 5 years so I’m trying to get it started again.

It’s in better shape than my 2F 60 series

Took my girls out for their first ride in it. Then had to try and tackle some brake issues still. Fronts got hot enough to wear it wouldn't move when I got home, after a few minutes it would move on it own. Read about adjusting the push rod length and did that and rebled them. They're not as bad but they're staying around 250 degrees and the hubs are getting about 110-120. Is that normal for these or is that still too hot? I just did the berifs and really don't wanna over heat them. Only other thing I can think is the Mc still holding some pressure but it will still roll after a half hour drive. They're just getting warm and at times up to 300. Just a little insight please!
