Drove to Tennessee and back for Gsmtr 2024.

Didn’t wheel very much but did manage to dent my 1/4 even more… gas door and filler neck still work which is all I care about. I didn’t take any trail pictures

I missed this camping with the cub scouts that weekend, but saw a ton of land cruisers on the interstate on my way home near Lebanon, TN that Sunday. I just waved from my own cruiser, and my son mentioned he'd rather camp with the Toyota group than the cub scouts because we're tougher lol.

Man i want one of these so bad. Whered you get this one from?
These guys is where I got mine. Call them up… Tell them how fast your Speedo says you’re going and how fast you’re actually going and they’ll make it for you. Costs about $60 bucks if I remember.

Working in western Panhandle of Florida searching for stream access points for turtle research. These roads are on sandy soils with the infrequent mud hole. The first hole ate the Chevy, I pulled past in the right to pull it from the front. The next hole was deeper and it was the Chevy's turn to pull me out, backwards. We then took the bypass for this deep hole.

Finally popped in the CruiserTrash tailgate plate I got awhile ago. It’s nice!

And after a few months of searching, I picked up a pretty sweet set of 2015 electric F30 BMW seats in tan leather. The drivers lower frame was bent up a little but I got that sorted out and motors tested.

Is it an easy install? My speed is way off.
I did it. So yes it’s easy 😂

It didn’t come with instructions. Just unscrew speedo cable from T-case (may need pliers), screw speedo cable into adapter, screw adapter into T-case (use tools as necessary). Go for test drive, if you hear horrible noise or speedo doesn’t work STOP and cuss the person who gave you these instructions. Use at your own risk.

Drove it to its new home. Just over 300 mile trip and drove beautifully! Traveled over two passes roughly 11000' each and managed them better than expected. I've owned this machine for 30 years and I can't remember it running this well. And, the icing on the cake, 18.2 MPG. Now that I've moved where emissions are exempt it might be time for a desmog.
