Replaced the rear u-joints on the Criuser to take care of a vibration. Took about 8 hour to get the both of the U-joints out on the rear drive shaft. Got the AutoZone Duralast U-joints (part number 2-0020DL) $21 bucks after taxes. Now we will see how long they last. Is it Duralast or Duracrap ?!?!?!? Here some picture of the dead and removed U-joints.

Dragged some guardrail around in my local national forest and installed a good amount of it:

1. Started the desmog last week and made a little headway this weekend.

2. Removed the ARB front bumper.

3. Removed the OEM rear bumper.

4. My bumpers arrived from Jason today - met the truck at the powder coating shop. Went over details - ready next week.

5. Dropped header off to get ceramic coated.

ps: my weekend is Sat - Mon, woo hop.

It's northwest cowichan! Head past Youbou and take the exit on the right (the other way than to Nitinat)

replaced a leaky jb-welded previous owner "fixed" radiator with a 3-core from cruiser corps. Halved the fan shroud as suggested and it should really help in the future.

Trans flush, replaced brake fluid and bled, t-case oil, diff oil x 2, oil change. Big last few days!! ...Had to post here because my wife couldn't care less..

cleaned up some wiring and reinstalled the glow screen solenoid which I'd removed when doing previous wiring. Relocated
the solenoid to rh side so it is closer to battery and glow screen. Rewired the dash switch again. Going to hit car wash after
Cabela's boxing day sale in the morning.

Pull the water pump. Not to bad, let's hope the install goes as well.

Slapped an engine together for it. 8 months of machining, parts gathering, cleaning and painting. About 8 hours of assembly. It's still missing a few bits that I'm waiting for in the mail but for the most part it's complete. Oil pan is getting hot tanked on Monday, hopefully I'll get my oil pump too do those can go on. Enjoy.
