When I first got my truck, first tank of gas I left the cap on the roof. When I was pulling back into the neighborhood I heard a god awful roar coming from the rear. Then I noticed the insane amount of fumes building up in the cabin. By the time I got to the house I realized what had happened. I walked to the front of the neighborhood where the gas cap slid off the roof (god awful rumble) and waited for the traffic to clear. Of course the last person who drove past was on her phone... she hit it and totally smashed it.I’m admiring the tether for the gas cap.
Looks fun and I see your local. We should go camping sometime.Sorted out the seized caliper - only took two different reman calipers to get one that worked. NAPA had it and a loaner brake bleeder. Good thing I insisted on putting the winter wheels and fresh brake pads on:
