Swapped the 33" BFG Mud Terrains from Righty onto the 60 to see how they'd do in place of the 31" General Grabber AT2s the PO installed. In short: Awesome.
Immediately, the larger MTs felt a LOT better. Decreased the quirky on-road behavior of the Lock-Rite in the rear and smoothed things out quite a bit on some local trails, even at street pressures

Up in the mountains around Lake Arrowhead, the fate of the 31s was set...they'll be on CL as soon as I can get a set of 33s permanently on the 60.

A bit of rubbing on on the rear when stuffed, but wow...what a difference! Felt like a different truck.

These things are amazing. 33s, a bit of a lift, a simple Lock-Rite locker in the rear, and this 34 year old beast was ready for whatever I'd throw at it.
Looking forward to it! Will you have big blue ready?bama4door, I'll be looking for you at GSMTR.![]()
No spacers in the front and 1.5" spacers in the rear to make it look more even. The rear wheels are sucked into the wheel wells a lot more that the front, and I like a more even stance.@Bama4door , why are you running spacers on what appears to be stock chrome steelies?
Looking forward to it! Will you have big blue ready?
