Over the last 2 weeks I performed some much needed 100 repairs and maintenance

Replaced timing belt, timing belt idlers and tensioner, engine water pump and thermostat, the common leaky T hoses behind the engine, spark plugs, fuel filter and new blower motor for a clicking sound.

I got a hit yesterday on 101.

That's why I perfer dirt over pavemnet, safer for windshields.

Have a question on five lug wheels. My early 70s trailer made from a Toyota pickup shares the same bolt pattern as the later Toyots cars. What other manufacturers share the same pattern. I have two good 16" tires from my 4Runner. Have tires on Camry rims. Would like to find some cheap steel wheels to mount them. Option B would be to find someone who could switch spring perches to a FJ40 axle. Not a welder.

Well you can't visually see it, but just had a Tcase leak fixed and 3:1 low range gear installed in the FZJ80 by none other than CBT.. man what a difference in crawl decent and low end torque!! Thanks Murf! You guys rock!

Nice addition ScottyDog, I love mine. Get used to hitting second gear start to avoid the big lurch

Joined some friends in a Sportsmobile, and drove the Mojave Rd 120 mi from the Colorado River to Afton Canyon, CA. 3 trail days and 2 nights camping. Several small side trips too.

Below; NV/CA state line, Watson Wash (toughest part of the trail), lava tubes, Soda Lake, crossing the Mojave River.

What will I be doing THIS weekend...Pulled into the driveway with coolant spilling out the bottom. Just happened as there was no drips signs of coolant anywhere pulling in. Sp thankful for that. Here we come water pump. Will do stat too. Picking up from CBT on Friday.

Pulled and cleaned the Oil Level Sensor ( OLS ) that was sending random light triggers despite being at full level.

I hope this does the trick because I don't want to spend $460 for a new one.

TIP- Be VERY careful not to over tighten the 10mm screws, the casting is soft and more than "snug" and the threads strip right out:doh: Fortunately the holes are threaded about 1/4" deeper than the original screws so a longer 10mm will grab and hold.
Toyota 89491-60010 Engine Oil Level Sensor

Toyota 90430-27001 is the correct gasket P/N
