I'm only kidding, it's from a comment FJBen made on my build thread lol
I am trying to get this terminal housing (the female one connected to the harness) de-pinned so I can do some wire repair properly. I am not new to de-pinning terminals and have always used paper clips or small screwdriver with success until I got to this terminal housing. I am not 100% sure what the part number is for this terminal housing and looked it up in RM06H0E and it appears to be 90980-10136. I

Can anyone tell me if there is another part number this terminal housing is offered under? Perhaps Yazaki's own p/n? 90980-10136 seems to show up as a bolt ??? I ended up getting a 10 piece OEM Toyota terminal kit that was probably way more than I will ever use and frustrating because I couldn't make the recommended tool out of it work on this terminal housing. I know I am probably doing something wrong here.
I also contacted Connector Experts which was recommended to me by another fellow cruiserhead but nothing found yet.
90080-10136 is a bolt. If you google 90980-10136 that bolt pops up. 90980-10136 is correct but it is a non-serviced connector.
When you say "non-serviced" does that mean it can't be de-pinned?![]()
There should be a small notch in the face of each cavity. You need a very small flat terminal pick kinda like one of these to get in there.

I feel your pain. You have no idea what tools I bought to try to make this work. I am sure that *I* am doing something wrong here.

Take a photo of the connector face-on so I can see the terminals.
It looks a lot like a mid 90's radio connector and I know the pins can be removed from them. I've done it.When I get home tonight, I will take better, up close photos.

Get shots of the top and bottom sides as well.
Will do. I just need to be careful with this one because the male end terminal housing is physically attached to the control box instead of a harness.
You are only needing to deal with the harness connector, correct?
