I'm in the middle of mine too. I need to rip up the sub floor and see what the termites did. I also need to brace it so my tile doesn't crack
I feel ya for sure. These 16+ hour days are killing me, but thankfully I'm seeing the light at the end now. Cabinets got hung yesterday, crown went up today, and they come to template for the counter tops tomorrow. I'm going to be in a holding pattern for a week or so. I'm thinking I'm going to toss my springs on next week. Pic of yesterday's progress:

No pics but I rebuilt my starter today. New contacts and plunger cost about $60 shipped from www.trdparts4u.com I ordered from them to rebuild my taco starter so I gave them a call again. They knew exactly what I wanted.
I also adjusted My ORI air struts. I added pressure to increase my dampening.
I looked at making a pinion bump stop for my front 3rd member to keep it from torqueing up into my trans when going down hill. This has been a problem for some time and I have tryed alot of different ways to "fix" it. Including a drive train lift, lifting the rig more and grinding a big notch in the side of the trans. I hope this will be the final "fix"

Shaker style. That works, Looks like your house was built in the 60's? I see a fridge in the other room and you need to adjust the doors above the opening for the fridge. I like the color Its similar to what we are getting. Ours are are going to be from Solid wood cabinets. We liked there product and the features.
This kitchen project has been alot of work. Trying to set up delivery dates and work on it evenings and weekends... We will have been without a kitchen for months by the time it is done.

You nailed it. House was built in the mid sixties. Fridge in the dining is the old unit, the new one came yesterday. We adjusted the doors once we finished the crown. We are a little over a month without a kitchen now, hoping the countertops go in by the end of the week.

Lots of electrical...I hate doing electrical work.

Running wires for Boost and Pryo gauges on A-pillar.

I also had a custom rear driveshafts made, put that in today.

After I get done with gauges I'll get back to making the 3"exhaust, so far I have the down pipe made, painted and wrapped.

Well, have things enclosed now… Still have to get the brackets and spring on and everything hooked up to be operational.

Got the top off the 40 for the summer makes a difference in the fun factor and also handles better on the road without that weight up top. Still can't say which way i like the looks of it better, with the top on or without it. Also tracked down some minor issues from the Moab trip all have been addressed and the truck is ready for coal mine or a prior trip to Anthracite.

Gary,
What do you do for a tailgate when you run with the hard top Off?

More progress - doors trimmed out:

I'm working on a rear storage platform and drawer for our very own @Pacer He wanted a large platform that he could bolt into the rear cargo area using factory holes, open space on the left to mount his fridge and slide, and then a 24"Wx36"Dx12"H box. The box will have the Accuride 9300-series 500# heavy duty drawer slides, with a lock-in, lock-out slide on the left side. I've used these slides in a few applications now and they work great! They're expensive and heavy, but I keep all my spares, tools, and recovery gear in the passenger side box of my 100 series and I wouldn't want any other type of slide.

Here's the sketchup video showing the plan and dimensions.

@Pacer, can you give your thumbs up to this so I can start building? Will hope to have an unfinished version to you at CMCC for a test fit.

Thanks!

Gary,
What do you do for a tailgate when you run with the hard top Off?
I had a non-hinged tailgate panel that I'd bolt into the tub with the screw holes for the lower amby door hinges but now that the storage box is in place (thanks, Ben!) I don't need the tailgate panel. My swing out tire carrier and spare gas can carrier are safeguards against the drawers opening accidentally.
