My 96 does not have a pair system but the EGR is bypassed using the huddexpo kit @Toyodajunkie mentioned. It's super easy to install or remove. Made no difference in mpg as far as I can tell.Than

I see you have your tools in order of priority, left to right!Getting closer everyday. Couple new rotors and freshly painted calipers on. Hoping to have the rear wrapped up Thursday. Not overhauling the front like the rear so crossing my fingers to have that done by Monday.

Are the brakes on an 80 as easy as the GX? Just did a brake job F&R on my GX last night, probably an hour per axle and most of that time was jacking it up and getting my tools in order. My 80 brakes are perfect at the moment, just knowledge for the future.I see you have your tools in order of priority, left to right!

try using some Marlin inner axle sealsOil change and fuel filter change completed. Checked my front diff and unfortunately I still have Moly getting in my gear oil. Luckily I have a set of axle seals on my shelf. Will need to check for other hub gaskets. I'm fairly certain I have a kit.
