High on the wish list! However, low on the priority list. Awesome product though, and good job on the install. How long did it take you?

Way freaking cool!

holy moley! thats going on my cruiser wishlist along with Georgs twin sticks...in time though, in time...

It took about an hour and a half per side. That does not include tinting the windows (once the glass was out I took the opportunity to tint them while I could on a nice flat surface.) The hardest parts, which I'd say were one - two bananas, are clamping the two halves of the window frame together and bolting them, and adjusting the latches. A very easy upgrade.

Kudos Dude

Magic Beans I am just behind you in instalation, looks wonderful on your rig. And as some have posted with a rear swing out and a rear gas swing out access to the rear is limited when lifted to boot. Glad yours is looking so good. I will post up some photos when Marshall get's mine in. Kevin has come up with a real top shelf product with these swing outs. Again congrats on the install. :)

Thanks Kevin. A few more pictures: one of the access the window gives to the fridge.

$omebody must really love you! Those windows are great...

can you drive with them open?
Ummm, please don't. :p

I've got our fridge flipped around the other way so that the compressor end is stuffed in the back corner, that gives you full access to the fridge basket and I can pull the whole basket up and out through the window.

But... The windows are very easy to remove now... If I was somewhere hot and dry, it would be tempting to remove them and the little parts completely, store them somewhere safe and then go driving.

I did have my fridge that way, now the access is just too convenient how it is. And I don't have a cover - so when you opened the back you saw the vents. Aesthetically I'm happier this way.

Did you reverse the position of your hinges then?

Man, I need to come and see your truck! Gives me some good ideas :).

They sure aren't cheap, but I've only had my rear swing bumper for a couple months and getting in the back is making me crazy. That fridge grab picture is the big money shot for why these are great.
And hadn't thought about leaving the windows out. One thing I really miss about a 4runner is having that rear window down in the summer. Almost no need for AC with that!

Great lookin truck Beans!!

Another awesome addition to your awesome truck Mr. Beans, fine work

Kevin, fantastic product as always my friend

Darn, I guess I will have to add this to my Wagongear Wishlist:

1) Tailgate lid
2) Sidepanels
3) Flipup Windows

Have yet to start yet though.

cool stuff

I haven't finished saving up for the tail gate lid and side panels and now side windows that open, time to get a 3rd job i guess.Kevin is pure genius in my opinion who knows what else will he build next.i guess time to break my kids piggy.

Beans- does the engel 45 fit in that spot between the wheel well and the back of the cruiser?
It looks like yours fits perfect in the gap... mind showing me how you mounted it?

My timeline on my order for those windows all depends on my tax return... we will see here soon, 8 months of deployment and a new kid should hopefully help!

The Engel 45 rides slightly up on the wheel well, but as long as you strap it down it won't slide towards the tailgate. I'll try to take a picture in the next few days for you.
