Well unfortunately things have not gone well for my 80...
Lol just kidding. Went to the junk yard to steal parts off this 92. Carpet was pretty good bud dirty. Got some other little knick knacks off of it. Pressure washed the carpet. Its drying now.
Threw on a different battery cable end I had laying around.
The gm ecu is pretty water resistant. It has silicone plugs that the wires puncture through. When rewiring the ecu you pull some wires which leaves a open hole in the silicone. So I dabbed some silicone over those no longer used open pins so water doesn't get into the pins. Nervously I pressure washed the ecu after. Still runs so should be good.

Can you do this with the alternator?
