LED headlights are coming back. Some of you maybe aware of the saga of Customs taking away my last shipment. Well, I've got the fix for that and then some. The new version will come with integrated DRL.
I am definitely not taking advance orders this time. Better make sure it clears Customs before declaring victory.

Fairly stoked to have found this on the weekend! My original had turned to dust.

Sourced from an FJ55 at a wrecker. The orange marks at the top are from a rusty fuse, just need a fine brush to clean it out properly.

OEM cap sub-assembly still available, part number 16471-56030 for about $6.

Those integrated turn signals are cool! The added visibility/safety factor is good on these old trucks that don't stop on a dime.

Yes. I can actually have the factory drop ship one direct to you, and it would only cost around $20 more than to a U.S. buyer, including shipping. Right now I'm waiting for production run to finish. It should be available in about 2 to 3 weeks.
 
Here's something for those who either want to do a 5 speed conversion or have a 5 speed FJ40. These inspection covers are replicas of OEM, with the raised section. Two styles will be offered. The first style replaces your existing '79+ cover. It provides extra clearance for the 5 speed transmission, and you can cut holes based on where you need it. The second style is a direct replacement cover for a FJ40 that originally came with a 5 speed.

These covers are made in Japan. As you can see the quality is quite impeccable.
