Below are some pictures from the last few weeks of work. What we (mostly Bull, but I got a few turns of the wrench in) accomplished:

- Tear down front hubs/knuckles (done)
- Remove front 3rd member (done)
- Finish removing oil pan gasket (done!!!!)
- Remove old gasket material from diff covers (done)
- Remove front steering components (tie rod, relay rod, etc...) (done)
- Remove LF Fender (to access PS box) (done)
- Remove old coolant hoses (done. Thanks Bull).
- Clean, de-rust, and paint: 3rd members, steering components, knuckles... (Done (powder coated))
- Replace PS box (leaking badly). Box removed then put back on because I actually don't think it's the PS box that's leaking.
- Removed PS pump; sent it to Florida for rebuild; got it back and it looks great.
- Rebuild hubs and knuckles. Done!
- Install 3.73 3rds with new gaskets & nuts. Done!
- Replace Tie rod and drag link ends. (Done!)
- Rebuild center arm (Done!)
- Replace stabilizer (got a new one from Bull) (Done!)
- Replace Tie Rod and Relay Rod (both bent). (Done!)
- Install new oil pan. (Done!)
- Fix battery, frame, body ground wires. (Done!)
- Install new battery tray (requires drilling out a broken stud) (Done!)
- Install new hoses. (Done!)
- Install my Tuffy box. (Done!)
- Fix rear heater fan. (Done!)
- Drop tcase, fix Tranny/Tcase seal, rebuild as needed (Done!)
- Install new clutch fork boot (Done!)
- Install 2.5" Lift Kit. OME Springs, Shocks, Shackles, etc… (Done!)
- Replace PS hoses (old ones off, sourcing new ones) (Done!)
- Install rebuilt PS pump, belt, etc... (Done!)
- New fill/drain plugs (Done!)
- Install new Fan & AC Belts (Done!)
- Re-attach smog gear temporarily tied away to give access to PS system. (Done!)
- Re-install fender and grill. (Done!)
- Install new calipers. (Done!)
- Drive away (Done!)
To Be Completed:
- Rebuild parking brake (Bull, it's leaking oil).
- Fix speedo cable/seal
- Fix windsheild washer pump/hose
- Install replacement dash
- Clean frame rails (full of mud)
- Put my new OEM steel (freshly poweder coated!) wheels and tires (33x9.5) on
- (Re)install Tuffy box.
- Fit & finish (paint) half-doors, rear tailgate
- Put in roof bolts (to keep threads from rusting)
- Tune engine (running rich, high-idle)
- Alignment
Stuff I've decided to defer:
- Replace rear drum pads
- De-smog
Me practicing with the plasma cutter (just for fun).

A dirty TCase
One of the reasons for the leakage. Whoever last put in the tcase forced it in and scratched the surface and actually cracked the seal while putting it in. Bozos.
