U-joint issue or driveshaft failure

Hi I have a 99 LC with 230k in low speeds around 20mph you can hear a clicking. On the highway the whole car vibrates very badly you can feel the vibration in the seat also. I'm thinking its bad U joints but I'm not sure.

Inspecting them all visually can be very revealing.

In this rear spider joint, vibration was extreme at 20 mph.

Notice in the first picture yoke attached to differential is in same position, where as propeller shaft yoke is not as I twist it.

Easy way to find out, pull a DS, lock the center, go for a drive.

Choke the wheels and put the transfer case in Neutral to check u-joint. Otherwise, you will not see any play even it is bad.
