It would be a modified 60/62 kit. Just need to know the tube OD so I can set the bracket saddles up correctly so you are not grinding forever for a nice fit up.

New tire machine sure comes in handy!

Tube and casters arrived to make new work benches and tables. Another 9000# 2 post lift was ordered tonight. 80 gallon 18cfh compressor arrived. Moved some pallet racks over for storage. AJ and I will get to the assembly on those after work next week.

Pulled the 4L65E, TC and got them split apart. Now into the "soak" solution for the weekend. Started chiseling off the rivets and brackets on @Idaho Savage rig. Ordered misc new hoses, adapters, clips etc.. to clean up some things for him while we are in there.

Apologies if this has been answered before, but for the 80 series axle swap, are there any changes required to the brake system to accommodate the 80 rear discs? Or can I continue with the 60 booster / MC? In which case all I'd need is new hoses to the 80 axles, partly because mine are old, and partly due to the increased flex with the new setup. And I presume I'll need an 80 series parking brake cable.

You'll need an 80 series parking brake and you should use a non-ABS 80 series MC because you're going from disc/drum to disc/disc. Part number for the 80 series MC has been posted in other threads. Rockauto is a good source for it.

Mark, Master is BMT-090 Advics, I bought the last 7 RockAuto had on the shelf on Thursday. They should have more arriving if not already.

TC is degreased and ready for disassembly and rebuild with a Fuji Gears kit.
Jason, how do you deal with case clearancing for the Fuji gears?
