Jason @reevesci got the wings tacked up. Instead of the having a hard corner on the right rear and behind the tire he tapered it in and rounded it off with a few pie pieces. I think the outcome is fantastic. It definitely flows with the lines a bit more than most aftermarket bumpers. It's coming together very nicely! I'm stoked.

Now just to tear the PS wing apart and mirror the pieces for the DS wing. Then on to the frame and wing supports and brackets.

The plastic cover still needs to be trimmed a bit higher, but its pretty close now.

Delrin pad material arrived for the swing arm rests.

The wings won't just be hanging there off the bumper, they'll be braced. It's one of the things he specifically talked about when he picked up the 200, I'm sure he can elaborate though.

Definitely NOT supported by the body (however there are a couple of manufacturers out there that do this with some of their products )

The bumper and wings will bolt directly to the frame with 1/4"-1/2" mounts and supports. Recovery points will be incorporated into the main frame mounts.

Got the DS wing cut and pieces cut and scored for bending and tack up tomorrow.

Storage drawers arrived a day early!! May have to get a set installed in the 200 just to get my floor space BACK. These things are ALL THERE and nicely built.

I'm definitely liking that fridge barrier. Looks like it only covers half of the cargo room so you can still sleep in the back on one side of the drawers? Or is my perspective off and it's larger?

Yes it only covers the fridge side slide.

Due to some material delivery issues this morning I had to change build directions..

Mocked up the sliders. 18 degree pitch and full treads. Turned out very nice IMO.

Also, made up a set of RLCA skids .. @Markuson @RS6tofj80 here they are.
