For sure, I've still yet to find its limits. Maybe this weekend in Moab if I can talk one of the other 200 guys into trying Pritchett Canyon

If not, when we get moved to Redding you can come up and we'll make a long weekend and test it on the Rubicon. I hope to have my 105 front swapped in soon after the move along with a custom 4" TourFlex suspension...

E, If it goes to production there will be three versions.

1) base like Tony's
2) low center bullbar
3) full front bars (center bullbar and headlight loops)

I'm in for #3 if it has lines as tight as that one-off CBI Offroad bar I've seen somewhere around here.

Count me in on a bumper. Super sexy and love how I wouldn't have to cut up the stock bumper!!

Hopefully you get that order and this piece of art becomes reality. Fingers, toes and eyes crossed.

Once we move, Andrea is wanting a 2016... So, we may be able to do a couple of versions. These are vehicle specific to match the front end, lights, grill etc.. The robotic company will 3D scan, silicon mold and then do their CAD, etc.. design work and make 2-3 sample of each unit I want. Then test fit and to set the jig/fixtures within a 1/16" of design/revisions if necessary.

If all goes right, I'll get a local volunteer for the older and then my wife and @indycole will test the newer.

My client is also interested in a similar style for the 100 series... But the 200 is their priority.

I could be a Guinea pig for 2011 and down. Of course depending on when and also are you moving? So that could be a where and how long question.... Lol

Sweet. I'm in the LA area and LOVE visiting Shasta. Let me know and I'll gladly volunteer!!

My Aussie and South Africa client is interested in me possibly making a run of the front bumper I built for @TonyP

They would be interested in 30-50 of them and at that quantity I'd entertain sending one off to my new California robotics company to 3D scan, build jigs and have them welded and finished out.

This process takes approx. 3-4 months after they receive the bumper. No promises, but is anyone interested in this bumper here? If this happens it will be a stocked bumper moving forward.

Ballpark price would be 1499-1699.00 powdercoated.

If your taking 'numbers' for the interest in the front bull bar. 'Pencil' me in. That's just the stealth mode I'm seeking.

If things go good, you will be able to pick the bumper up from one of my clients in Oz. -- Sydney, Brisbane, or Perth.

While we are on the subject of client base. What are the chances of the rear bumper as well...just asking for a 'friend'.

At this time I have no plans to make the rears on a production basis. Thank you for the interest though.

Well this is what delivery day looks like at my clients... No 200 bumpers... but it should make most smile!
