Really I was super excited as it looked like there was a good discount to be had. But there was issue at every turn. from my phone # to my address. I'm not new to on line ordering. I had all my part # in line there site said they were a exact fit.
I hit pay and then they tell me the parts may not fit.
I mean all my info is auto fill and the site is telling me it's not right, I made tow other order's from other companies this morning same auto fill on my info with out issue

I had a similar issue with my last order not going through. I ended up being able to place the order at 1am. I really needed the parts and it would have been more at everyother place due to a sale.Really I was super excited as it looked like there was a good discount to be had. I also had an issues regarding parts not being an exact fit. This was at a Lexus dealer. I still went ahead and placed my order. The parts ended up being the right ones.
Breakdowns of my recent orders, shopping cart prices and then the actual checkout. Still saved a ton of money. I will also pay no shipping to PA which is huge.
The “No Tax” is 10% for me. I love it! No complaints here. They don’t have to give sales. I’m glad they do!
PA tax is 6% so I saved that as well!
Like I said the savings were going to be substantial, but so were the stress levels

trying to place an order and having all kinds of trouble with the site today. Don't wait till the last minute like i did
Same. I think the AWS outage is taking out the crappy parts site. I can’t get anything to load. Tried calling to see if I could order over the phone. Parts guy said I have to use the site and maybe it’ll be up later.
Bummer, hopefully they extend. I also waited till the last minute on this one.
Looks like the site is working again.
Prices are similar to other online dealers for the parts I ordered, but no tax no shipping is great.
If we're talking Serra of Decatur, I just ordered a front u-joint and it went flawlessly.
I had a lot of issue my first try. I see that I'm not the only one
