I received my new CV axles today. Was excited to see some yellow bands and while these appear new and not remanufactured the only yellow bands were the small ones on the inner side of the outer boots. Is this normal? Maybe a shortage of yellow bands? I seem to remember reading somewhere that they don’t always have the yellow bands. Part #43430-60040

Thoughts?

Received my big order yesterday. Pretty reasonable timing especially given the volume they had.

What day did you order? I placed mine the evening of 3/20. Got an order received update on Monday, but it hasn’t shipped yet. Hopefully it makes it out next week.

I ordered on the 23rd and figure it'll be another week or two before I get any sort of notification.

To be expected considering 100, 200, FJ, GXOR forums were on similar buy threads- boatloads of orders.

When I looked up 100 series CV axles it indicated 166 recent views ….

Be patient- smoking deals and free shipping are worth the wait
 
Received today from Decatur 4 LC shocks for a future AHC to conventional conversion on a 98 LX. Ordered on 3/16, shipped on 3/26, which is not quick but service and communication were excellent. $135 total for all four shocks, free shipping, no tax to AZ. That's like a 5 - 10 years ago price for OE LC shocks. My AHC may not give out for years but I couldn't pass it up. These AHC conversions cost about peanuts if you plan ahead and don't do anything too fancy.

I ordered 3/16 and got everything on 3/31.
 
I emailed Eric last week to see how long the back order was anticipated and he didn't give me a number, just that there are so many ahead of me. I ordered on March 23rd.
 
order on 3/17 and 3/21. Got the email about delays on 3/31 and have heard nothing since.
