I didn't say it on your thread, but I definitely said it in mines when I changed the radiator, thermostat, belts, and hoses 2 months ago. I put the 3 core aluminum radiator over OEM. Working very nice. Good luck.

Sounds like we made the right choice then on the radiator....... Brown buss dropped off today, we will get to it this weekend........ We have enough new rubber going back on to build a spare tire......should be fun, but true piece of mind!:)

Be careful when installing the radiator shroud sometimes the fan hits the bolt on the inside. I found this out from reading previous threads about this radiator. I had to shave down the top radiator bushings to make it fit.

Well here it is...... All alloy radiator for under $150 to our door step... Now lets check and see if we received the right one! The web site we ordered from was as bad as ours for good info...... We went out on a limb on this one......

Looks good. Hopefully fitment will not be an issue.

We've been lucky enough over the years to install different brand race radiators in everything from rock buggies to 4seat prerunners with over 700hp on tap. So weve seen and played with the best.....that being said, there is no mistaking this radiator for a C&R, Ron Davis, PWR or Griffen.....

But for the money we think its one of the best Cruiser values going.... Welds are a little rough because its spool gun welded and not tig'd. However the overall construction is not bad! Studs for OEM mounts are welded on and apear to be spot on...... We've heard a couple of washers might be needed to space mounts right, but if that's the only problem, were thinking its a deal! We are happy to see our plastic capped 2 core POS hit the dumpster!

That radiator looks really nice... X2 on the fitment. GL

@ TJM whats the link for the radiator? Custom made to spec?

This is what were talking about.... Kind of hard to see, but were good with it.... Might whip up a proper shim later, but its rock solid and lines up everywhere else perfectly..... Getting late and gotta date to tuck in a 6year old, coolant in morning and double check our hoses......

I remember you guys telling me you might change your front spring spacer from 20 mm to 10 mm. Did you end up doing that? I just got done installing the same springs you did and didn't install spacers based on your comment, and my ride seems pretty level....

Nice work

Looking good. It's going to look pretty sweet with the new Nitro Xtreme diff cover that fits LC semi float rears.
