I got it thru ADS Injection in Queensland, Australia
Does it have something like a bosh part number?

Anyway... Most probably the best solution is to go with a bosst compensator cover like your new one...

Is there a company that sells upgraded pumps for the 1hdt/1hdft engine? With my new turbo on now I have grinded the pin all the way and fhurter grinding doesnt seem to help. I think the pump is maex out because the exhaust temperature doesnt rise anymore and it did with the first time I grinded the pin. I found XXI did sell them in the past but isnt in business anymore?

Diesel80, I'm assuming you have adjusted the max volume screw on the back off the pump? Otherwise ADS injection would be my choice for a pump at present. Where are you located?
 
Main srew does the same in the end for maximum fuel delivery?

I think iv read all of this thread, allot of great info on here. There is allot of talk about Gtubos but didnt see any reference to munro turbos. Does anyone on here run one? and are they any good. Im looking at putting on my 1hdft.

They are common on an Aussie FB group I follow, but I've never seen anyone on MUD running one.
 
I fitted a munro to my 1hdt. I ordered the high flow billet. It makes 25 psi boost by 1800rpm.

You should make a new thread about this. A lot of people on here looking for Gturbo alternatives.

I'm in europe so I was rather looking on this side of the globe so I can pull someone over the desk if it isn't working as expected. I was told turning up the pump further wont help anymore so I'm looking for a high output pump. Would be nice if it was already set up to save on the tune.

that's unlikely, its been talked about lots, but most people don't contribute any definitive data on things like this.

Hard to filter all the good data out of the many 50+ tech pages here. have to take a few days off to understand it all LOL.
Isnt it as simple as having a bigger lift cam disk for more fuel in the same time and if the injectors wont be able to flow it, just rebore them to match spray pressure/pattern? Or is there much more involved in a for example XXI pump. I see it just as the way as sqeezing a garden hose.
 
There's more to it than changing the cam plate.

Is XXI still operating?

Do some Google searching before going down that road if they are.
 
I believe so, I've ordered a caster correction kit from them.
 
I am happy with the new cap, it has good off boost adjustment and looks bling :) The fuel pins, not so much, there made of stainless not chrome molly, and after less than 10,000km has worn a noticeable groove. I have gone back to my original ground FT pin, and the with new cap can get enough off boost adjustment to compensate for the lost height in the pin since it was ground down to the nut at some stage. Also happy with the stiff spring, and removing the star wheel, using shim washers to adjust spring tension

Hey SeaJay, could you please share the measurements of the 6mm PIN please? If you have a digital caliper will be great!
I live in Costa Rica and the shipment to here cost twice as buying the piece.
