Sure thing. Hope you just poured a cup of coffee because I just finished my coffee before I wrote this
My dash is an exercise in continuous improvement, so here's the current state, soon to change:

For the phone holder, I use @BenCC 's "M34 - Hazard/DiffLock Switches Swap Kit" and "M2 V2 LEFT - RAM Ball mount for the Lower Left Center Console Panel" and a short arm. The wireless charger you see is for day-to-day driving, but I'll switch to a RAM X-grip when I'm on rough trails because the charger tends to throw the phone when the truck rocks a lot.
The radio is an Alpine ILX-W650 and I have BenCC's "M6 V3 - Change Pocket Mount (one rocker switch and one square single USB extension port)" to run a USB to the back of the head unit so I could use Android Auto/Car Play (which I don't recommend anymore because I found it's annoying to stop and restart every time I want to use my phone for pictures). Still use that USB to charge the phone or run the wireless charger, though.
On the back of the center console I have BenCC's "M7 V1 (TAN) - 12V socket devices (100/LX470 Back of Center Console)" with a 12V port and dual USB port running off a fuse station under the center console with a tap directly from the battery and a relay to switch on with ignition power. I also power my GMRS radio from that fuse station.

To round out my pile of BenCC's stuff, I have his
"M28 V1 - Cupholder Butterfly Version" with "Optional coaster for Butterfly Version (RED)". Highly recommend. It's deeper and wider than OEM, fitting a 32 ounce Nalgene, and also fits the stock Toyota cup butterfly for smaller containers.
I have an Ohana Rig Supply "Stealth Panel" around the center console to mount my GMRS handset and another mix of RAM/knockoff-RAM mounts to hold a tablet that I use for maps. I find this a lot better for trail maps and Google Maps for turn-by-turn. I use my phone as a hotspot and download as many offline maps as I can before a trip.
The stealth panel is kind of overkill but it does the job, since there are very few good ways to mount equipment in a 100-series.

The GMRS (Midway MXT275) handset is mounted on a modified "Fastball" magnetic mount which makes it pretty easy to grab and put back. The radio body itself is under the passenger seat where the factory amp used to be. It's got a big dumb filter in the power supply because people were getting bad whine when I transmitted. (You need to delete and bypass the factory amp if you're installing an aftermarket head unit because the factory sound system uses a dedicated ground reference that's no compatible with the chassis ground reference that all aftermarket head units use.)

My current CB radio is a President Randy II FCC AM/FM handheld that I turned into a mobile unit. The speaker in their remote speaker mic is terrible, so I use a little adapter cable to let me use it as a mic only. That whole setup is going to be replaced with a Uniden Bearcat CMXsomething which will be similarly hidden under the passenger seat, and I'll mount its handset similarly to the GMRS handset. That will clean up a lot of the visibly messy wiring.
Also, while I'm at it, I have a
@plaidwagon (now sold by Artisan Garage, I think?) glovebox map pocket and matching seat back frames. Useful for books, gloves, paper maps, etc. Also looks cool.

Maybe I should start a build thread
