Let me know how you like them off-road. I’m having trouble giving my defenders up for a/t tires since mine don’t seem to struggle with much when I go. I try to keep out of the mud though. They’re some good riding tires though!Switched out aging 34" Ridge Grapplers for a minty set of 275/75 R18 Michelin Defender 2.

How's the ride compare? I think I'm going to do the same on my wife's Pathfinder Rock Creek. The Toyos on it are so stinking loud. The road tires are probably going to look odd with the fake rock ring on the OEM wheels, but I'd prefer drivability vs looks considering it never leaves pavementSwitched out aging 34" Ridge Grapplers for a minty set of 275/75 R18 Michelin Defender 2.

@ChroniclerCruiser - I hardly go off road, and the Nitto RGs in E rating were pretty rough riding. I have run defenders on a lot of other cars, including this very cruiser for a summer and decided that I don't need ATs.Not very often that you see people switching off of AT or MT tires to highway tires; what prompted the change?
I might get a chance to do some mild off roading soon - will most likely post abt it in my own thread.Let me know how you like them off-road. Looks are probably the thing that I miss most - the 295s with aggressive side wall pattern looked very macho. But I think these tires will save me enough money in gas alone that I will forget abt the looks. How's the ride compare? I think I'm going to do the same on my wife's Pathfinder Rock Creek. You are right - they are 275/70/18 - I fixed it in the original post too. There’s gotta be a typo here somewhere…
Reckon I’ll have to folllow that one. I’m still only getting 14.5-15.5 with defenders and still being stock.I might get a chance to do some mild off roading soon - will most likely post abt it in my own thread.
14.5-15?! I'm lucky if I get 10Reckon I’ll have to folllow that one. I’m still only getting 14.5-15.5 with defenders and still being stock.
My dash counter says I’m getting 17.2 right now for this tank. It’s always a little proud though. Cruising 55 down backroads all day is the only time I see this though. Interstate driving in usually going around 90 and getting 14ish.14.5-15?! I'm lucky if I get 10
Looks very nice! What fog lights are those?

Yeah it’s just getting worse daily. 85% has flaked off and the rest is barely legible. For free, can’t complain, but I do wish I would have put it on my tool box or maybe the interior.well, mine's not been on much more than a year and it's almost only black and white at this point... so, can confirm
Looks fantastic! Wide boys!Wheels finally came in, along with some fresh rubber. I think she’s almost complete now.
