If you add a “facility” to that incredible shop in conjunction with the crew sized cook shed, you’ll have to make up reasons to wander up to the big house..

Indeed. Two ancillary projects have manifested in the mind of my CE wife which should tie everything together. One is a brownstone slab staircase built into the hill to better connect the Cook Shed with the backyard (nominal 6"x18"x4' slabs). The other is a lower brick retaining wall in the backyard with a wide stairway and large, irregular flagstone steps across the backyard. Completion of those projects along with a facility in the shop will make it relatively easy when nature calls and you're in the Cook Shed. Both are just in the planning phase at the moment but I'm guessing they will take priority over the facility in the shop timewise.
