Hello Mud, did a little maintenance to the 80 series. the rubbers and bushings of the front stabilizer bar where gone. Now i'm ready to hit the road again and give you guys more Mud...

Hello Mud. Came back last friday. Was able to install the water tubing on the hut.
Also the deck downstairs Is almost ready.
My cousin was able to visit in his Armored 80.
The weather this time of the year Is great. A constant fresh breeze from the ocean cools down the hot sun.
Thank you all for your great comments on this thread, i value the fact that simple things matter to Mud members.

@brosky. I haven't seen surfers around. Colombia is not big on surf. But there are times during the year that waves are pretty big.

@80t0ylc . Yes plenty of wood. The hut Is 2 blocks from the Beach.
During the dry season the hut has a clear ocean view. During rain season the leaves and branches grow larger and block the view

Hello mud. The work on the hut continues bit by bit. Haven't had a chance to come back, but Machu my buddy over there, (the one with the flipflops and the chainsaw on the pics at the beggining of this thread), has been busy building the palma walls. Here are a few pics of how its coming along, every now and then i send him a few bucks to buy local material and just continue with tbe dream...

Agreed - your posts are refreshing from a place that one could relax and be at peace. First impression, though, was it kinda looked like a jail cell with the frame work. But, it lets the fresh air in and doesn't block the view! Thanks for your posts!

Hi Mud. I'm very happy to announce that @HelloKitty65 @FloridaFJ80 are doing a road trip and they are in the land cruiser hut right now. We did some wheeling arou d my house. I could not come with them but the hut is to be enjoyed with or without me.

Hello mud. Came back this afternoon from the lc hut, this time of year is rainy and all the trees and plants are in great shape.
was able to paint the hut and advance with little things.
the path to the lc hut was very muddy so there was fun...
