What a crazy day in football.
Anybody watch the Stanford, USC game?
Clemson looked terrible.
UNC won
Oh and by the way Gundy. I'm selling 4 tickets to the UNC, USC game next week on e-bay. Sitting at $355 with 3 days left. Amazing! I never thought UNC football tickets would be in high demand.

Check that Marshall only the offense and special teams looked bad. The defense only gave up 3 points in the first 1/2 and only like 180 total yards to the VT offense.
Hope this bye week turns out useful they need to do something right now. We cant have Cullen Harper breaking the school record for pass attempts every week while our RB's just block.

Your "D" wasn't that great Richard....
you gave up over 150yds. on the ground and although they only had 65yds passing VaTech only attempted 14 passes and hit on 7 of them.
Man I have never seen so many sissy a$$ fair weathered fans before last night. People were leaving (one guy was actually in tears) with 4 minutes left in the 1st quarter. 
I was in row M right about where Jacoby got blasted into the middle of next week and some toothless woman behind kept yelling "git up!! yin just got ther wind knocked outta ya!!" I about shot my coke out of my nose I was laughing so hard. That poor kid got freakin "molly whopped" as they say in the ghetto. Oh yeah....one more thing there buddy....how about my bottom of the barrel SEC team Tennessee Vols? Nothing but Sweet Chin Music all day long for Richt and his Georgia Puppies. That was a complete smackdown between the checkerboards in Knoxville!!

Thank goodness it's the day of the Pumpkin Festival. hehe.....UNC limited the visitor's ticket.
It would have looked like a home game for USC otherwise.
It should be a whale of a game. UNC seems to be getting better and better each week.
That was an awesome win against the Canes. I hope it got USC's attention.
The Cocks can't count on UNC to gift wrap a win like so many teams have done for USC

Cocks Crow, Bowden Bamboozled, Bookies Baffled
What a crazy year for parity. Stanford knocks off the Trojans? Harbaugh is for real, no? I wasn't totally surprised, I thought USC was overrated. But Stanford? Shazam! Several weeks ago I started to think back to 81 and 82. I'll bet the bookies are making a fortune this year.
You don't get many good matchups between ACC and SEC. But clearly the both of them have become the power of the country. I always hope for a ACC/SEC national championship. Some day my prints will come.
For a building year Cocks and Tigers are looking pretty good, at the moment SC better than CU. Bowden's no Spurrier, but I do see some signs of improvement as the years go by. And they do get the talent.
Anybody see the Fla LSU game? Stevie will have his work cut out for him taking it to the Gators. Even UNC could make it interesting for us. Then they have to get by TN and Ark. Good luck. Good to see Norwood stepping up for Jaspar Brinkley as QB and cheerleader for the D. Good hands too. My fond dream is a re-match with LSU in December.
Clemson was a major disappointment last week. And then Beamer gave another clinic on special teams. I've been saying since week one Bowden needs to give that dept a workover. It's not going to get easier either since the Terps handled GT and Wake keeps getting better. Won't somebody please knock off BC? But I was very encouraged by the gut-check Clemson showed in the second half. In previous years they would have stayed folded and taken it on out the season. Rashad Jackson is doing the motivation job Bowden and his coaches should be doing. Now some healing and tweaking and maybe, just maybe they can pull their socks up and play to their potential. I was intrigued with the dual QB act Les Miles uses. If we had an experienced O-line we could probably do that with Korn and Harper and make some real hay.
As a Clemson/Carolina fan I always have to decide down the stretch who I will root for in the State Championship. During the year it's just pull for each of them to dominate their conference (yeah, a pretty unrewarding hope most years but starting to look more promising recently) but in the Big Game I always try to decide who has shown the most character. That is who has done the best job of playing up to their potential, or overcoming setbacks most dauntlessly. This year will be especially interesting.

Yeah Gamecocks almost lost it there....fell apart in the second half....kudos to UNC and their QB...kept his cool in that closing minutes....they never gave up....just wish that throw would of been about 2 foot further back than where he almost caught it at.
I just don't get it. Pulling for UNC over a team from SC.

Here I'll even attach a map so you can see what awesome seats these are that you have the opportunity to sit in. Granted they are further away than where you probably sit at Wake but that happens when your stadium is bigger than a high schools.
