I'd name my O line by making the guys all dig a hole 10 ft deep then filling it with 3 ft of water.
All my O linemen get in the hole and the first 5 out have the starting position.

That fat guy that was last getting out of the hole would have probably won you a championship.
When it comes to an O lineman you don't need the biggest guy, you just need the meanest.
I like both big and mean, and my boy at Miami, Jake Long, is one of the best.

That makes no sense and has no relation to football, and being mean would have nothing to do with getting out of the hole. The person that gets out of the hole it gonna be the one that can jump the highest or doesnt fall down and get used as a stool by the others.

The ACC is and always will be a basketball conference. You have 4 maybe 5 teams a year that are good, where in the SEC every team is good year in and year out. I realize that yes CU beat Auburn, I wouldn't make that the high watermark of the season. When they play Alabama, Florida, LSU, UGA, Ark etc... in repetitive seasons we can talk, but that'll never happen cause I doubt they get the invite and it is much easier to be top of the heap, when the heap is well... the ACC. Pick a new nickname and get over it, if given the helm of a major player he'd drop you like Lane Kiffin did UT.... DONE
It shows determination which means everything in college ball. This so why there are two and three star players that out perform 4 and 5 star guys. You don't have to be the biggest and strongest or fastest you just have to want it the most. The first 5 guys out of the hole want it the most. If I am a ball coach I want that attitude on the field at all time
I can promise you Cody at Alabama a couple years ago would have never gotten out of your damn hole, and he was the BEST player on the team. Get real if everyone evaluated football players that way the game would suck.
The only way Dabo would ever go to an SEC school is if it was Bama and that won't be anytime soon.
We try to play SEC schools every year but you guys only schedule cupcakes out of conference so we can't ever get more than 2 SEC teams a year. We play USuC every year and we have played UGA, Bama, Auburn for home and home series over the last few yrs. Auburn again next year then back to UGA then Ole Miss after that.
yeah i'd rather have a bunch of guys like Deon Sanders and Michael Vick out there that are so naturally gifted they never give 100%
I don't think you have enough natural talent at Carolina that you need a hole to weed out the lazy. If that was the test, Garcia would still be down there calling for someone to bring him a 40 and a hooker.

I pray that USuC beats Kentucky sat. so all these fans will continue to crow about how Gamecocks have the most talent and can be the top of the SEC. I love it. I bet a 12 pack that Carolina throws more picks than TD's (passing), and finishes with no less than 3 losses. 4 if they lose to Clemson.

we don't have the most talent but we have a lot of talent. The D is as good as you can ask for.
The offense just has to do their part.
We've had QB issues since day one of the spurrier era. Garcia has hit an all time low.
And for the record...i'm happy with 3 losses in the SEC.
Remember that a 1 loss SEC team will make a NC appearance before an undefeated ACC team.
but in all seriousness...we get the air game figured out before it costs us another loss and were SEC CS bound.
i only make the D line and O line dig a hole and the first ones out get starting positions.
but i also wouldn't recruit like many coached do....they are so dumb they can screw up cooking a poptart.
I want a QB that can go hurry up and call his own plays.

And i'll be damned if i'm going to have a drunk take the snaps when his decision making off the field is about as bad as his calls on the field.
and most of my recruits i would go after would be running backs. I wouldn't have all of them playing the RB position but it seems that outside the major college level (non fbs schools) football they can play most positions outside the lines.
they make good secondary defensive men, they make good tight ends and WR's and some of them even have a good enough throwing arm for the safe small 5-7 yard throwing game.

3) It has never happened that an ACC team went undefeated and the SEC had 1 loss to trump it, and likely won't happen for a long time if ever, so the chance of your theory being disproved is slim.
However, I say this a 1 loss SEC will NEVER trump an undefeated ACC team for the NC.
I guess you live by the philosophy that "If it can't be disproven, it must be true"
With that said I don't think any team from the ACC will be undefeated this year so you can rest easy that your statement won't get embarrased anytime soon. However, your statements about the Cocks get embarrased on a weekly basis.
