If you have never had Woot Stout before grab it before it is gone. Most likely the best beer you can get for under $10

Odin Brewing.... had their grapefruite IPA on CASK!!!!..... Amazing

Another excellent göse by Uinta

Maybe my favorite outside of the funkatorium so far. Was not that sour and super smooth on a hot day. Or night :(

I'm not sure if NC gets it as I'm not a huge sour fan but duck duck gose just dropped from lost abby. Has been the #1 rated for a few years now so be on the look out for it.

PSA.... thursday is IPA Day.... should be one of the groups favorite days as I know a few people in the club that almost exclusively drink IPAs.

Anyone got anything good lined up.

I'm trying to find something special for it. I have a pliny and heady in the beer fridge but I want to find something that i've not had before and is just amazingly good.

anyone celebrate IPA day yesterday?

Actually had had the day off of work due to my best friend being in town with his family. We hit up some breweries in Tacoma.

Had quite a few IPAs but the one that stood out was the Area 13 that just dropped from Narrows Brewing. Liked it so much I bought one of their limited custom etched growlers for it.

The view from the deck of the tacoma narrows bridges was also pretty cool

Also took out a beer from the ole beer cellar i've been aging for two years to share with them over some smoked steak at dinner.

Much better than the 2016 version I had last month.

Very jealous! Love the hop alien graphic...and by the looks of it I'd enjoy drinking it too!

It was damn good.... 13 kinds of hops if you are wondering where the 13 came from.

Nice work Al - so jealous on that Area 13 and the Firestone. :)

I had a IPL this week in the Boston area from Jack's Abby - - was the only hoppy thing on tap at the Sheraton in Framingham - - was actually REALLY good.

Of course it counts lol

what did you have??

The usual as of late has been the Founder's All Day IPA - I think it's a great session IPA. Then I found the Highland Mandarina IPA and the Pisgah GrayBeard IPA - neither of which I had before, but really enjoyed the Mandarina. They also had the Highland Mosaic IPL, funny since I don't know if I ever had an IPL before @weejub - which I had not seen before and thought that it was really good, especially I think at 8%, it was pretty easy drinking.....

Has anyone tried Fonta Flora "From Scratch"? I have a coworker that says I need to try it.

The photo of the Narrows bridge...isn't that taken from Day Island? Lived maybe a half mile up the road from there when i first got married and was stationed at Ft. Lewis as a LT in the Army back in 1988 til late 1990. Our apartment had a great view of the Olympic Mtns! I remember hanging out at Engine House No. 9 in Tacoma back then with a group of young LT's....I bet there are a bunch more places to enjoy! Need to get back out there!
