Nice work. Gets me motivated!

Thanks!!!. For those interested I have the original gauge cluster for a 1971 pictured here in the rusty bezel. It no longer works. The gauge cluster in the wood frame is from a different year fj55. The point is while the plug will mate to the back of either one, the circuitry is different. I didn't want to try to rearrange the plug or cut that part of my harness. Can anyone repair yazaki gauges? I will use an aftermarket gauge cluster for now thanks

I've got a 72 parts rig with the older lighted gauge. It was working when I was driving Baco around before the part out... Let me know if you're interested. Might be easier than finding someone to repair the other one.

I know cruiserparts.net is selling toyota OE ones for 599 (plus shipping) so seems to be on part if its OE.

Thanks for the tip, does anyone know the vendor? there aren't any listed for sale at this time.

Thanks for the help!

is the company, they charge 170 for the glass, 25 crating and 135 shipping for the fj55 windshield.

I just ordered some bushings for my springs and shackles. I think I will use a set of con-ferr in the back (5.25") eye to eye which is 1.75 inches longer than the stock rear and then use the stock rear ones on the front which will be plus 1" in the front. we'll see what that does.
