last year there was a Ford Taurus in the back dunes out wheeling a 2 wheel drive quad cab, long bed Silverado!

pretty sure you'll be just fine.

unless you want an old lady in her Ford Focus to out drive you.

We were out there setting up this morning......the weather is gorgeous, the Texans are here already, along with a few guys from Arizona. Alvaro was arriving shortly, but I missed him before I went back to work.

I hope this weather holds up. It seriously kicks ass for fall here.

Can't wait...word of the festivities has spread amongst my friends. At first I had a co-pilot...now I have a total of three friends wanting to go. Time to figure out which one of them is taking their vehicle north with me since 4 adults + gear in an FJ40 would be a touch cramped.

The weather forecast looks pretty good. Can't wait to get there taking the the cruiser and the truck this time becase we wanted to bring some quads to play with and could not rent or borrow a light enough trailer for the cruiser. So we are draging along more family as well. Packing right now and Tree is at the store getting food. Just got back from work I got a Calls from the Office Public Works and the PD about the road by my job site was flooding so I had to get the sand bags that I had for SnT and head back down then when I got about half way there Public Works said it was ok now untill tomorrow.

Heading down with NorCalDoug and family in the morning again and sounds like we maybe meeting up with Offroadkid and others on I-5.
