-Did you fab up the sheetmetal directly behind the rear doors? Pigs don't usually have that, the fenderwell starts right there with the curve in the door...

It looks like the fender is cut to the original design. But like you said it needs better flares. Like the ones on the 80 series above. I think it would improve on teh look greatly.cabron said:

The plastic is polyester and fibers, I will be painting them, just have to decide on a new color (the finish on the current one isn´t that great). I admit the rear flares could have been done better, but I really like the front (the fender and flare are one piece).

Just a little update
The gas lines are connected and it fires up real nicely, next was the brakes, took out the old drums and I´m putting in discs, I´ll have a pic of the final product next wekkend (it took a bit more time than I thought it would)
The new housings and discs are in, just have to make the lines for the calibers

Extremly rare, I think there are only 2 left, most people who see my pig just go "what the F**k IS that?!?!"
Very few were imported.
60, 70 and 80 cruisers are everywhere on the other hand... and most diesel powered.

Here in the States and Canada... there are still a number of Pigs around... still rare to see them..... but I still get asked that question or see that look of "What the Phuck are you driving?" or the other "Watch out Jim that thing looks like its going to Ram us!".
That thing is pretty sweet. What are you running for suspension? It looks like a mix of ford radius arms and some long (chev?) rear springs. Are the front spring mounts on the rear still in the factory location? Also do you have a few pics of the spring pads on the front axle? It looks like a good mix of factory parts that are strong and cheap/readily replaceable. Necessity is the mother of invention. ...I want one.

sorry for the late response, but yes the front suspension in mostly bronco. I don´t know where the leafs in the rear are from :S was thinking about putting air suspenison in there but I´m going to give the leafs a chance
