Couldn't snap a pic in time, but saw a nice looking 80 rolling through DC yesterday eve...dark green I think, fairly stock looking but lifted. I was coming from Falls Church through town to 50 East...was near Maine Ave heading NE on one of the ever-changing "interstates". Nice looking rig that definitely knew how do drive that route as I kept hitting the slowest lane and couldn't keep close for a snap, but in my brand new to me 4Runner, so I wasn't pushing either!

I saw a lifted, black 80, maybe with those plastic things that let you keep a window cracked in the rain, that was heading north on 29 at the top of Charlottesville around 11:00am today. Looked like it might have had a hood scoop. Pretty sure it wasn't @apinti .

No, I’ll need to look them up, assuming Reykjavík area? Toyota is definitely the brand of choice here with many 80’s and lots of 100’s and newer everywhere. I’ll be here until Sunday, free day without plans to roam on Saturday…traveling with wife and in-laws, so I need to keep them happy too!

We did take a mega sprinter to the glacier for an ice cave excursion, felt like a giant marshmallow going down the road & trail on 46’s!

And this poor sucker paid dearly for this fail in a rental!
