Wednesday evening weather pending.

Speaking of... we could use a few volunteers to help wrangle people and vehicles into place for the photo that evening.

We don’t like to strap folks with an itinerary or anything of the sort, but this piece is a bit like herding cats as you might imagine! Just let me know if you’re interested in helping when you pick up your swag at campsite 46, please.

Special thanks to @Mesa Woman for jumping in to help last year, and as always, big thanks to @Dirtydawg for shooting the photo.

Does anyone know if night runs are specific to certain organizations? In other words permits have to be filed, etc?

Curious if night runs are allowed.

You are welcome to do night runs if you desire to. I know several other events have them.

Can't wait to mount that!

Argh... I really hate to be making this call, but I’m not going to make it to SAS. I have back issues I’ve been nursing since March, and while I’ve improved greatly, after a lot of driving over this passed weekend I had to be honest with myself that 27+ hours driving is going to be hell without a copilot to share driving duties, etc.

Spinal fusion surgery going down this September, so I should be good to go next year.

Hate to hear it Chris. Take care of yourself, back injuries are no joke.
