We're not too far from you in Placentia. It would be nice to meet up with some local people. We have kids though. Hey @Mogwai, is this a family friendly group?Im in the Villa park/Orange area just bought my 200 a month ago
Thanks! We have 3 boys (5, 9 & 10 yrs old)!Trip to Big Bear? For sure. I'll have my wife/2 boys (8 and 5) with me. It's probably 70/30 families to not.
I'm actually in SD, the group that's putting together the trip to Big Bear is the Beach n Toys TLCA chapter out of SD. Figure since you guys are about as close as we are you might want to join forces. Plus... wheeling with other 200s! There's one other 200 from Beach n Toys joining. I would just ask that that if you're interested in joining that you reply to the Big Bear thread and intro yourself, so others are aware too, and so we can keep track of numbers. For example we're menu planning/pot luck for one of the evenings...
How was the trip brah?Planning to brave the long weekend with no real plan in place, going to head towards Eastern Sierra's leaving in a few hours. Destination of Coyote Flats outside of Bishop with hopes to find a nice dispersed camping spot to setup Basecamp for the weekend. I'm going to guess I'm the only one out there with this plan! Not.
If anyone has any thoughts/ideas let me know, I've yet to explore Coyote Flats. Also if you plan to be in the area and want to connect side mail me.
